Participation in the Festive Dinner Events
The Festive Dinner Event on June 7th will take place at Novotel Hotel, on Calea Victoriei 37B, Bucharest, 010061. The event can be attended by all participants, free of charge – please note that limited seats are avaliable.
The Festive Dinner Event on June 8th will take place at Minerva Hotel, on 2 – 4, Gheorghe Manu Street, Bucharest 010445 . The event can only be attended by participants at the Annual Meeting, free of charge.
Access is permitted only based on the Participant Badge which can be picked up from the Registration Desk.
In case a participant doesn’t present the participant badge, the organizers have the right to restrict his/her access to the event.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
During registration process you can select the following payment methods:
- On Line (by EuPlatesc.ro)
- Bank transfer
- On-site, at the Congress registration
Please note that your registration will only be valid after successful payment.
The value of the Participation Fee is the one from the moment of payment, according to the deadlines from the FEES chart.
If you have chosen the “Online Card” payment method, you must fill out a form with your card information on the secure payment processor page.
Payments with credit / debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa / Visa Electron and MasterCard / Maestro) are made through the “3-D Secure” system developed by organizations that ensure the same level of security as any other transaction (online, made at the ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant).
In case you decide to use Bank transfer, please specify the name and surname of the participant you are paying for and the event (ex. Participation Fee for ANCA 2024 2nd Annual Meeting). Transactions are made in RON at the exchange rate of your bank, regardless of the currency you have in your account. After finalizing the payment, please be so kind to send a copy of the document via e-mail at meetings@anca.org.ro.

“3-D Secure” first of all ensures that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on ANCA site servers or on the payment processor’s servers, these data being directly entered into the systems Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellations and Refunds
Requests for cancellation of meeting and guest registrations and all ticketed events must be received in writing at ANCA no later than the 15th of May 2024, in order to receive a full refund less a 250 lei processing fee.
Requests for cancellation received between the 16th of May 2024 and the 1st of June 2024 – 50% will be refunded.
No refunds will be made on or after the 1st of June 2024.
